There are affected areas both TODAY and TOMORROW, Sept. 18th and 19th. Check the handy schedule and map to see if you parked in one of those areas - and don't forget to move your car or it will be TOWED to elsewhere on the property.

Tower residents have "lived" with Valet Living for a year. It's time to take your temperature regarding the service. Property-Wide Road Resurfacing
 You may have seen the email alerts and the parking signs: Prime is resurfacing the roads in Park La Brea. If you park in general parking, please observe the signs and park in an appropriate spot to avoid being towed. Access to some reserve lots and garages will also be impacted, so if you have a reserved parking spot, you should be paying attention as well. We've uploaded a handy copy of the dates and the map, if you need another one.

In advance of our next PLBRA Board + Residents meeting on October 5th at 7 pm, PLBRA is collecting feedback from residents on the experience. We'd like to be able to approach PLB management and have a constructive conversation about what is working and what is not.
