Why join

Membership Is the Lever That Gives PLBRA Standing.

Membership is what gives PLBRA standing to negotiate, petition, and push back. It is the difference between a newsletter on a stoop and an institutional voice at the table when utility billing, asbestos disclosure, key fob access, and city policy meet the lives of twelve thousand residents.

Voting members elect the Board, run for office themselves, and set the direction of the association from one annual meeting to the next. Members receive the bi-monthly newsletter, meeting minutes, and the resident resources PLBRA produces.
