Established in 1985Park La Brea Residents Association started in 1985 when a handful of residents got together to solve a problem in the Towers. Because they were successful they kept going and over the years have effected change in PLB. The PLBRA also works closely with partners - including the City, our local and state representatives, and management - to maintain the quality of life in PLB.

The Park La Brea Resident Association's objective is to keep the residents of our community informed, represent our interests to the City and management, and launch initiatives that make PLB a better place to live. #CommunityStrong

We Want YOU!
You're a member of the Residents Association whether or not you pay dues --- but why not be a VOTING MEMBER? The reason we'd like you to join is so you can elect the Board you want (only dues-paying members can vote), or run for the Board yourself, and be a part of solving the issues that come with living in a large planned community like PLB.
