Meeting Format:
The PLBRA Board holds five general types of meetings:
Annual Meeting- this is the formal annual meeting and board election held on the second Sunday of January each year in person
Board Meeting- this bimonthly Zoom meeting is primarily for the purpose of conducting Board business, though it is an open meeting and residents are encouraged to attend.
Residents & Board Meeting- this bimonthly in-person meeting is primarily for the purpose of communicating with residents, though Board business can be conducted.
Special Meeting- a special meeting is ad hoc and only for the specific purpose called for by the president when he calls the meeting.
Committee Meetings- these working group meetings are as needed and apply to each committee and also include residents serving on those committees.
