Greetings Neighbors, my name is Nicole Duquette and I am honored to run for the Park La Brea Resident Board in an effort to better serve you. While our historic community has countless benefits, there are safety and communication concerns that plague us. I am committed to work on improved channels of communication, better response rates to addressing resident concerns, and an overall improvement in both safety and our quality of life. I've lived at PLB for 14 months now and currently reside in Tower 43, on the east side of our property. As a school district administrator, I have experience in facilities and safety protocols, fostering stakeholder engagement, and communicating across a large organization. I am also dedicated, committed to equitable and affordable housing, and relentless in my pursuits to drive needed changes in society. I am eager to leverage these skills for all of you. We live at the heart of a cherished neighborhood in Los Angeles. Together, we can thrive here!
