- ★ Funding for Independent AdvocacyPLBRA is independent from Park La Brea management and is funded by membership dues, donations, and newsletter advertising. Dues cover the operating costs needed to keep the organization active.
- ★ Backing for Past WinsPast work includes protecting residents from asbestos exposure, cleaning up the 6th Street homeless encampment, helping secure key fobs for children, pushing for utility bill calculation disclosures, and organizing Government Day.
- ★ Support for Current InitiativesOngoing work includes a Television City shuttle connection to the Metro station and a citywide ordinance requiring disclosure of utility calculations.
