A Holiday Caveat

As the Holiday Season is just around the corner, many residents will be expecting packages from their friends and loved ones via FedEx and UPS. Unfortunately, over the last couple of years, there have been packages left at the doors of residents that were later found to be missing. Residents of Park La Brea are encouraged that, if they anticipate the delivery of packages, they advise the possible senders to annotate “Proof of Signature” on FedEx and UPS items. These items will only be delivered if the resident or other occupant is home. This would ensure that the recipient receives their packages and to help promote a secure and safe Holiday Season.
