Meditation Group
Tuesdays in November (Nov. 3rd, 10th, 17th, and 24th) - 11 AM – Noon Activities Center Theater—Please arrive on time.
Experience the antidote to worry! Join us and learn a simple meditation practice that can help you feel more calm and peaceful. In this group, you will also learn stress reduction and relaxation techniques that can help you maintain this positive, peaceful attitude throughout the day. Medical studies have shown that practicing meditation can help lower blood pressure, reduce pain, and improve sleep. Join us for the series, or just one group.
LIFE’s Annual Thanksgiving Luncheon
Thursday, November 19th – 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM –Activities Center Meeting Room
Don’t miss this annual celebration! Mark your calendar for turkey and all the trimmings. The regular monthly meeting of the Board of PLBRA will be held on Monday, Mar. 1 at 7:00 pm at the Activities Center at Curson Square.
Meeting agenda items will include committee reports, a review of policy-setting arrangements, and finalizing procedures for the election of new officers on Monday, April 5.
PLBRA members are welcome to attend the meeting.
